CNC Machinist

Position Description: Provide high quality machining ability, meeting company and customer standards in a timely and cost efficient manner working in a team environment.

  • Full Time (50-60 hours per week – Monday – Saturday or Sunday)
  • Experience with Mazak, Creative Control and SELCA Control
  • Experience with vertical and horizontal machines
  • Ability to set up machinery
  • Knowledge with high speed carbide tooling application
  • Apprentice to experienced journeyman machinist

Tool and Die Maker

 

Position Description: Provide high quality die building capabilities meeting both company and customer standards in a timely and cost efficient manner working in a team environment.

  • Full Time – 50 to 60 hours per week – Monday – Saturday or Sunday
  • Line, Transfer and Progressive die build experience.
  • Sheet and heavy metal dies.
  • Experience with component build and conventional build.
  • Experienced Die Leaders and Journeyman Die Makers needed.
  • Apprenticeship program available.

Simulation/Die Design Engineer

 

 

Position Description: Provide high quality die building capabilities and related information in a timely and cost efficient manner working together in a team environment.

  • UniGraphics software experience
  • Analyze data to determine manufacturing feasibility; ability to use customer prints and CAD to design dies
  • Prepare data to run die simulation with AutoForm
  • Communicate with process and program management engineers on design modifications for improvements
  • Alter design of tooling components to meet customer needs according to specific die standards
  • Ensure details are designed with minimum machine time requirements, while maximizing tool performance.

Estimator/Project Manager – posted January 28, 2016

Position Description: Responsibility to manage tooling projects from receipt of order to job follow up including communication to all internal departments regarding job and external customer interaction.

Position Priorities:

  • Estimating, Quoting and Quote Follow Up, Customer Interactions, Problem solving skills, Ability to communicate effectively required

Position Description: Provide high quality maintenance and electrical repairs, meeting customer standards in a timely and cost efficient manner working in a team environment.

Full Time (50-60 hours per week)
Troubleshooting skills and ability to assess heavy machinery, presses and vehicles
Ability to provide electrical maintenance and repairs quickly and effectively and repair

Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Knowledge of large press maintenance and repair
General Building maintenance
Preventive Maintenance

Shop Maintenance/Cleaner/Truck Driver – currently filled

Cameron Tool is currently looking to fill a full time maintenance position that includes cleaning and maintaining the shop area, loading trucks and driving product to customer and supplier plants. Candidate must be safety minded and willing to learn. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Shop Cleaning: Empty trash, clean bathrooms, sweep floors and chips, floor maintenance and other cleaning duties as required.

Driving for the Company: Ability to use fork truck and cranes. Must have a drivers license and chauffeurs license. CDL is a plus.
