Cameron utilizes the latest simulation technology to develop a robust forming process, complete with overbend predictions to compensate for the natural spring back of the part. This is then transferred to a very detailed 3D cad design which is component built and assembled. All this to provide a first off part of the highest quality possible, eliminating excessive tryout time and improving overall timing of the project.
